A Graduation party for many is one of the biggest party celebration they will ever have. One, because it does not happen annually like anniversaries or birthdays and two, it is a party about achievement as opposed to just a measurement of time

Graduation decorations can be very easy to make. You can choose to make them yourself or buy supplies for your graduation party.
The advantage of doing your own graduation decorations is that you are able to give a personal feel and effort to the decorations, plus, you save money. The disadvantage however is time and it can be a time consuming activity putting together teh decorations of choice
If you choose to buy decorations, these are very accessible in party shops and online stores. You save a lot of time and effort but you will certainly have to shell out some cash.
Whatever you choose, you have to have a plan. Once you have decided on the theme of the graduation, the next step is to brainstorm on ideas for the decorations. You will want your decorations to be in line with your overall theme.

1. Main table and other table centerpieces. Centerpieces are still very popular attractions for a graduation. You can put in flower arrangement on a small vase with small balloons having, “Congratulations” type messages. One good idea, if you are having a more informal backyard style party is to hang ourt uniforms or jerseys of the graduate or graduates. You could also opt to go traditional by creating scrolls and diplomas and hanging them in the venue for others to see.
3. Stage set up.This is where the graduate usually sits so expect people to be staring at the stage for a large portion of the party. You can decorate the stage set up with a life size picture of the graduate with balloons, flowers and ribbons all around. Remember that the stage carries your theme. Stick to your theme well.
Graduation decorations need not be expensive as long as you are creative and imaginative.
